Movac Group Limited, one of the UK's largest independent UK automotive refinish distributors, have announced that they will be distributing Sherwin-Williams automotive paints and coatings nationally with effect from January 2014.
This launch follows the signing of an exclusive UK agreement between Sherwin-Williams and ACIS, the leading national distribution network for paint and refinishing products to the automotive refinishing market, who have taken over Sherwin-Williams distribution from Iris Coatings since it was acquired by LKQ/ECP in August 2013.
Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes is a division of The Sherwin-Williams Company, one of the largest manufacturers of paints & coatings in the world. The AF division has strong technical approvals with vehicle manufacturers globally and produce a complete line of advanced technology paint and coating systems for both automotive and fleet refinishing industries, including high performance interior and exterior coatings and associated products, with worldwide distribution to over 120 countries.
Movac will be stocking the complete range of Sherwin-Williams automotive products, including new waterborne technology such as the Colorcube Toner System, a compact, fully compliant and comprehensive waterborne basecoat system developed specifically to meet the demands of the smart repair sector.
