Movac Wishes Ollie at JDH Joinery Another Successful Racing Season Next Year


Movac is wishing Ollie Taylor, Director at JDH Joinery Ltd, another successful racing season in 2018, after his impressive wins in 2017.

In the 2017 season, Ollie who is sponsored by Movac Group Limited, raced his BMW E90 M3 in the Kumho Tyres BMW Championship and the Supercar Challenge (European Championship).

The Kumho Tyres Championship was held over 7 weekends at circuits such as Silverstone, Donnington, Brands Hatch and Thruxton and is a BMW only championship. It is a multi-class grid formed of E36, E46 & E90 model BMW’s and he raced in the top class, Class A.  Ollie won the 2017 championship with 12 wins, a 2nd and a DNF. He claimed 11 pole positions and 9 fastest laps.

The Supercar Challenge is a long running Dutch championship that visits some of the best circuits in Europe and has a high calibre of entrants. The grids are formed of GT cars, Touring cars and Sports cars. Ollie was in Class 3 of 4 in the Super Sports 2 Class. There were 8 race weekends with two 1 hour races at each, visiting Spa, Nurburgring, Assen twice, Red Bull ring, Brands Hatch GP, Zolder and Vandvoort. Ollie won the Super Sports 2 Championship with 7 wins and one 2nd from 8 race starts. He took pole from every qualifying session and took fastest lap in each event.
