At the heart of the Sayerlack range is their industry leading Polyurethane coatings, with innovative research this coating range has developed through many generations to keep its prestigious place within the market.

Sayerlack TU0148/13 is a white high build, fast dry Polyurethane Primer suitable for flat parts and profiles which exhibits good vertical hold and hiding power even on edges.

Mixed at a ratio of 10:4 by weight (with TH780 Hardener) it can be applied by any spray application method onto any wood or MDF substrate to a maximum of 200g/m² per coat and is dust free in 10 minutes.

The high build and solids of Sayerlack TU0148/13 coupled with the ease of sanding either by hand or machine gives an excellent base for subsequent topcoat application.

Sayerlack TZ99XX range of Polyurethane topcoats is available in almost any colour in gloss levels from dead matt to full gloss and from pack sizes of 1 Kilo upwards giving you maximum flexibility for your project.

Mixed at a ratio of 2:1 by weight with TH720 Aliphatic Hardener, to minimise the risk of yellowing, Sayerlack TZ99XX range can be applied by any method of spray application at a film weight between 80 – 150g/m² and is dust free in 5-10 minutes.

Tested to standards amongst others to comply with BS6222 Part 3 Finish Performance requirements for the assessment of domestic kitchen worktops, doors and other panel elements and EN71 Part 3 European Toy Safety Standard this top quality coating is suitable for a multitude of applications in many different environments.
