Will Robertson | General Manager

Growing up I was always in my father’s workshop, helping to restore classic cars and motorbikes. My father showed me everything from prepping a panel, mixing paint, to painting and he also showed me the mechanical side of things which usually involved taking it apart and working out how to put it back together.  

When leaving school, I started working for a landscaping company as a Groundsworker and worked my way up to managing a team within my first two years at the company. 

After leaving the landscaping company, I joined Movac in 2008 as a Paint Mixer and Relief Driver at the Romford Branch. After a year, I progressed to Head of the Mixing Shop at Cambridge which allowed me more time to learn more about the industry and then progress onto Cambridge Branch Supervisor.

After working at Cambridge and developing my knowledge, I wanted a bigger challenge so applied to supervise Romford Branch due to the sizeable amount of business from the surrounding area.

After running Romford Branch for 4 years, I was offered the opportunity to join the Operations Team to develop my skills further and bring my knowledge of day-to-day operations to the Management Team. 

As of the 8th October 2024, I have been appointed Managing Director of Movac Group Ltd.
