Paul Blakesley | Automotive Technical Sales Executive

Paul started his career in 1989 for a privately owned body shop in Chelmsford, through the next 10 years he learned many skills within the vehicle accident repair trade, specialising as a paint technician.

In 1999 Paul wanted to challenge himself to work for a main dealership and started work with a Ford Dealership Dovercourt/Lookers and was there for 12 years. In that time became a Ford Master Technician and a Senior ATA Paint Technician.

As well being one of the companies first aiders and fire marshals, Paul learned further skills with estimating and stock control.

In 2012 an opportunity became available to work for a prestige and luxury approved accident repair body shop, Jardines in Witham where Paul worked for a further 10 years. In that time Paul continued his Senior ATA accreditation as well as adding many luxury brand standards to his growing qualifications, such as Bentley, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover/Jaguar and Ferrari.

Working with solvent paints in the early days, and seeing the industry change over to water based and high solid paints, Paul has used many different brands and products over his 30+ years on the work shop floor.

Today Paul is our Automotive Technical Executive helping out our customers with any issues they may have, installations or giving personal one to one training and guidance to those needing his experience and knowledge.
