Robert Lang, Craig Matthews and Keith Parvin have completed an MBO of Movac Group Limited from Mark Smith.
The MBO, led jointly by Rob, Craig and Keith sees Mark retire from the business after many years of successful leadership.
"We are excited to be leading this next chapter of Movac, and want to thank Mark, as we would not be here today without his leadership strengths, and how he has driven the core values and ethics of Movac over 70 years of trading.
For now, it will remain business as usual, all roles in the business are safe, and we have some exciting times ahead of us!"
