Business Development Executive - Midlands

Who?

What?

Working with & targeting select body shop groups and independent business throughout the Midlands. It will be your daily task to grow and nurture this network.  With your knowledge of industry related approvals, you will be tasked with developing regional accounts to bring into the business.

How?

We are looking to identify an individual who is at the top of their game.  This will require an excellent knowledge of industry related approvals and the ability to win new business.  You will not have strict guidelines to follow, you will make the role your own, time management will be left in your hands.  Micromanagement is not a practice in our business.  You will work in tandem with a dedicated sales force to ensure maximum coverage and profitability.

You?

  • 3-5 years Sales Experience within the Refinish Industry or related industries
  • Proven Sales Acumen
  • Excellent network within distribution and end users.
