We have a number of suppliers to ensure a decent coverage across the car market. Our main supplier is LMC Hadrian who's consistent quality and service has proven it's worth to Movac and our customers every day of the week. Movac keep an extensive stock of the most popular parts, but we can order parts in for delivery within 2-3 days maximum. When pricing up panels, here are the key things which can save us all hours of time and reduce errors: 1) Be specific about the Make, Model and the Age of the vehicle 2) Chassis number is very useful 3) Identify the panel you want clearly. Specify "has it got indicator holes or not?" 4) Which side do you want Left or Right hand? Passenger side or Driver's side? 5) Where are the lugs or connection points (very important with Radiators) 6) When do you need it..be realistic. 7) Identify the part number fom the website and state that to us. We will check it. The GOLDEN RULE is BE SPECIFIC ... NEVER GUESS!! When we have identified your panel, we order it (if it's not in stock). We receive the goods overnight. Very early the next morning we check in all the panels. Despite being wrapped carefully and quality checked by our suppliers we unwrap them again and check them very carefully, by hand and eye to ensure they are in perfect order. We then rewrap them, before despatching them to the nearest depot to you same day. The next day the panel will be delivered to you. We are very proud of our quality control, it's taken us a long time and a lot of resource to learn the art of getting a panel out to a customer with zero damages. Panels are delicate and can easily be ruined. We have less than 0.03% returns which is miniscule and the majority of returns are due purely to customers not being specific about the panels they order (particularly where radiators and Japanese vehicles are concerned?)
